As part of change management process, Nzuri will lead the strategic selection, development, empowerment and support of the leadership and management the designated change agents, ensuring they embody the right values, behaviours, competencies, experience, skills, and qualifications to enable the successful implementation of the required change.
Design & Co-Creation
In collaboration with our client’s leadership and management, Nzuri will design and implement tailored strategies, frameworks, and interventions that foster a high-performance culture that integrates innovation, sustainability, and organizational goals to ensure alignment with and achievement of the client’s strategic objectives.
Implementation
In this phase, Nzuri will prepare the organization by installing robust management systems and processes, supported by knowledge transfer, coaching, training, and performance reviews. We will implement tools to monitor, track, and report progress, ensuring momentum is maintained and replication and scalability is achieved. Where needed, expert and strategic partners will be brought in for a defined period to strengthen execution
